Welcome to the new RENALDO blog. My name is James McCreath, and I am the author of the novel, RENALDO. In using this blog to communicate with my audience, I will be discussing both personal and general topics that I hope you will find both helpful and inspiring. If you have visited RENALDO'S website, www.renaldo.com, before logging on to this blog, you will have seen that the site contains lots of information about the novel and myself. The website is currently being totally redesigned as I write this, and you can look forward to many exciting additions in the very near future. Renaldo's jacket cover has also been dramitically overhauled to reflect the website changes. I am a self-published author, meaning that I personally paid for every facet of my book's production and promotion. Since I initially sat down at the computer and typed the first lines of RENALDO, nearly eighteen years has elapsed. My business background is in commercial real estate, but due to a tragic event in my life which spurred me to put my thoughts into writing, I decided to investigate the book publishing industry. What an education that was, and still is! I would like to think that every one of us has a creative side, whether it is musical, artistic, professional, athletic, or literary. Often it is hiding right below the surface of our being, and it takes a special awakening to bring one's creativity to the forefront. All I can say, is that if you find it...go for it! My plan is to start from the beginning of my adventure as a writer and self publisher, and fill this blog with tips and advice for other would-be and existing authors. We can also talk about any other topic that comes to light. RENALDO, the novel, deals with a nation's hopes and dreams, which touch on themes of politics, sports, and romance. That gives us lots of scope to explore many interests. Hopefully I will meet lots of intersting people along the way. Once again, thank you for visiting Renaldo's blog, and I welcome your thoughts and comments. Regards, James.
Hi James, As a passionate soccer(football) fan and fellow Canadian, I read your book 3 times already. A really, really good book! But my question to you, is there going to be another novel, that follows the storyline?

During his diverse business career he has been involved in both the professional sports and entertainment industries. A native of Toronto, Canada, Mr. McCREATH continues to travel extensively in an effort to quench his thirst for world class football. "Renaldo" is his first novel.
